6th Annual Covenanter Scottish Festival

Held on the grounds of the Octorara Covenanter and Middle Octorara Presbyterian Churches. Entertainment performed throughout the day. Athletes will be competing in the Penn’s Wall Highland Games, pipers will participate in solo pipe competitions and Highland dancers will be competing.
