The Wairarapa Fern and Thistle Pipe Band will join with the Wellington City Pipe Band to bring the joy of the Scottish Highlands to the region through the iconic sound of the bagpipes. A two-hour music feast for lovers of bagpipe music and those who enjoy the tingling sensation generated from bagpipes at Carterton Events Centre.
